In a certain world, there lived a humanoid orange named Pomelo. Pomelo had a human-like physique but had the head of an orange. Pomelo had a disability where his head was split open and his mouth was missing, making it difficult for him to communicate. Pomelo eventually met a night fairy, and the fairy agreed to help cure him on the condition that he obtain the ingredients himself. The night fairy gave Pomelo the power to face opponents who possessed the ingredients, and Pomelo's journey to obtain the ingredients he needed began.
